We had a great time here. There was a great selection of movies which were all enjoyable. We went to Peak Cliff Cavern which was awesome and very pretty. We also looked round Chatsworth which was stunning. The local ice cream/grocery shop near the cottage in Eyam is good and I would recommend the “sticky toffee fudge”! We went on lots of lovely walks and it was a great way to spend our holidays.

Lovely cottage,beautiful historical town Bakewell is a must see. Food in the Bulls Head in Foolow was delicious and the fish and chips at the Toll Bar in Stoney Middleton was the best we have had in ages. Chatsworth is expensive but you can a full day of it.

Ideal place for all of us to stay. The house was delightful and beautifully looked after, we have all enjoyed our stay here. The walks around are really good and Monsal Head was a great visit, not enough time to do everything we wanted. The fish and chippy in Stoney Middleton does brilliant fish and chips (just be aware not open Sun/Mon/Tue) Stella’s kitchen is a real experience, her food is spicy but not hot, very tasty. All in all a great holiday, very glad to have stayed here and in Eyam itself.
